Info for Sellers (Donors of Auction Items)

* To “sell”, you must be registered.

* The username you chose will be displayed when you list an item or bid on an item. Please choose your username carefully.

* Continental US and Canada auction participants only, please. (This makes it easier for us regarding shipping costs) International Friends, you haven’t been forgotten! You can still help Casper by sending Get Well cards and good vibes to Casper to lift his spirits. More info is here.

* If buyers have questions about the item, they will put the question in the “place bid” section. Sellers, please read the comments section regularly for your item to see if questions are asked.

* “Sellers” (donor of auction items) should submit the following information:

+ your username
+ picture images
+ item description
+ Exception to the rules (Example: It is assumed the “seller” will pay for shipping. If you want the highest bidder to pay for shipping, this needs to be noted. )
+ the starting bid in US Dollars (please make it reasonable).

* Shipping is paid by the seller unless you indicate otherwise in the item description.

* If you are willing to ship outside the US and Canada, indicate this, otherwise it is assumed you will only ship to the continental US and Canada.

* If you are not able to ship the item within 7 days of being notified payment has been made, indicate this so other arrangements can be made.

* TO SUBMIT YOUR ITEM FOR AUCTION, send an email to the following person with the above info. If your FIRSTNAME starts with:

+ A to I: Leslie letshelpcasper4@yahoo.com
+ J to R: Elise letshelpcasper1@yahoo.com
+ S to Z: Elise letshelpcasper1@yahoo.com

* All items will be sent out after the money has been received by Leslie either by check to her PO Box or to her paypal account. Leslie will notify the seller when it is okay to ship the item.

* All auction items must be mailed out in a timely fashion. Item should be sent within 7 days of notification of payment being received. If item is not received in 14 days, payment can be returned to buyer. If you aren’t able to meet this deadline, please indicate this in your item description.

* If you have a habit of not sending out your donated items, your name will be put onto a list of “DO NOT ACCEPT DONATED ITEMS FROM THIS PERSON” for any time an auction is held on http://www.loscheider.org/letshelpcasper/.

* Please respect these rules, as we must have guidelines. If you feel that you are unable to respect these rules, we thank you for your interest in this auction, but we do need to have you go by the guidelines set here.
